• Despite how it seems, Valence is very skilled at his job. He was self-taught, and experimented with endless amounts of creatures to perfect his knowledge. He specializes in autopsies, surgeries, and the labor department.
• Valence comes from an area called Geneco, this area was particularly dangerous and he acquired the attitude with it. He was used to being a savage, and so now that lives on. In reality he's quite father-like, looking over any patients in need and treating them with full respect.
• At first glance, people usually describe him as intimidating his tall stature and his piercing eyes are the cause of this. He's highly interested in males, the reason for this is because he swoons any woman - males give him a challenge.
• This incubus is a demon. Meaning that he does not care about your pain, he isn't human - so don't go crying to me when Valence hurts your petty feelings with his rough ways. He enjoys other's pain and feels an erotic high from it. Your pained screams are orgasms for his ears, just a fair warning.
I.
A boy sat, emotionless to everything. He felt no remorse as his father lay lifeless on the frosted ground beneath him. The man at his feet died young, he was at the prime age of 45 and was ended by the hands of his own son.
Blood trickled from the corner of his lips, and a content smile spread across Valence's. He took a slender fingers and pressed it against his father's mouth, like you would be shooshing another person. "Sleep well, father." it was something the man had always told him. Sleep well, with endless nights of him going to bed with an empty stomach. He didn't know how to provide for a family, he ruined his mother's life by impregnating her with a demon. A demon that was a mere accident. He wasn't his father, he never tried to make anything right with Valence. He treat Valence like a trophy, or an old knick knack to hang on the shelf until he needed him most.
The boy slid the knife back in his pant pocket, his golden eyes holding a gaze like no other. He never buried his father, instead he stuck him in the freezer. No one would find out.
Three years - his father sat in that freezer. Day by day he cut off bits, educating himself by piles of books. His father had a strong stench when thawed out, but that stench only smelt like opportunities to Valence. He was confident in his studies, each time he'd learn something new about the body of a human. It fascinated him to see such complexity in a single body. Valence was always a bright child, he wanted more for himself than just old textbooks. He hit the age of 18, his solitude was sweeter than anyone's company. He didn't need money to make himself happy, he had a cat, his chopped up father, and books to keep him happy. Growing tired of his father, he finally decided to throw him in a lake. Watching the pieces of what was once a study project sink into the water. It wasn't until that day he realized how alone he really was.
This young man wanted more, and he was going to get it.
After his last kill, he set out of town - being the very wanted man he was. He didn't need the law to get in the way of his dream.
"Sir." Val's tone was smooth, and his tan colored tail coiled up beside him, "I'll show you what I can do. But if you don't take my offer - I can't promise you that you'll be successful with your...crew" he purred. A smirk sliding on his lips as he stared at the head manager.
The older man cleared his throat, Valence held this as a threat. Considering he heard about the boy's past he didn't need a demon coming in here and seducing his best workers only to kill them. This was blackmail. "Very well." he mumbled out. "We'll see what you got, boy."
---- The next three years, Valence lived his life as one of the head surgeons. They were surprised and valued his skill, despite his outer shell, Valence took his job seriously. That was until he heard about their "plan".
Their industry was all a lie, they were using Valence as prop. An advertisement. They soon chewed him up and spit him out. As if he could gain anyone's trust when the industry called him out on his little murder with his father. Everyone in the area heard about him - making it bad business.
"Valence, we're going to have to let you g--" the man started, but he didn't have time to finish. Blood spurt out of his mouth and Valence's palm was wrapped around the very knife that caused it. Shoving the blade in the old man's chest, he grit his teeth then leaned down to whisper in his ear. "I warned you."
That he did, he promised himself if anyone got in the way of his dreams he'd end their lives. Watching the man's body fall to the floor, Valence slid the dagger in his pocket and walked out of the hospital with that same blank expression. Before anyone could react, he hitched a ride on a carriage and set off. No one ever heard of him again in that area. That part of his life was gone and he was going to start fresh from then on.
Eventually Valence and his new lion friend became separated, they both agreed to move on to better things since they couldn't exactly help each other. The lion went one way while the incubus went another.
It was a lonely rest of the way, but Valence finally crossed paths with a traveler heading to a kingdom called 'Bastilk', Valence followed him into the monarchy. And now lives his life as one of their doctors. Although the new kingdom made him feel welcome, not all old habits changed...

At the age of 21, Valence had a job as a bartender. He served drinks in wooden barrels day by day - his bright mind was becoming dull with the stench of alcohol and rotten men. He was rarely tipped, and even resorted to some "extra pay" by doing some unethical duties. Valence was the master of swooning, he could have any woman he wanted in that tavern - and he showed them that too. He wasn't proud of it, perhaps it was something to do? The man had never went further than this though - he never did anything hasty. He was an incubus, he craved the lust of another being. It was vital to stay alive, and he occasionally got a little extra pay. As time went on he became riskier and riskier, soon this side job became something much more. He was like a venus fly trap, waiting for a pretty little thing to come along so he could snatch them up and take them for granted. He'd take them all night until they were spent and then killed them in their own bedroom. The blood was fascinating, the way it flowed from their corpse even when they were lifeless. Valence was slowly slipping into old but worse habits. His bright mind's gears began turning once more. This young man wanted more, and he was going to get it.
After his last kill, he set out of town - being the very wanted man he was. He didn't need the law to get in the way of his dream.

"You want to work for us, kid?" a man with a rusty voice laughed in Valence's face causing him to grit his teeth and glare. "You don't have a chance." the incubus stepped up to the man who underestimated him."Sir." Val's tone was smooth, and his tan colored tail coiled up beside him, "I'll show you what I can do. Valence was 26 now. He had traveled for miles at a time and even picked up a friend on the way. His new companion was a lion, though he was different than the rest of the wild creatures. The feline understood Valence just as Valence understood him, together they made a new chapter in their lives. The incubus left all his murders behind, this trip opened his eyes. He realized his faults, and he didn't need other people to remind him what he did in the past. He looked forward.Eventually Valence and his new lion friend became separated, they both agreed to move on to better things since they couldn't exactly help each other.
