Pretty much anything is allowed, including Mythology and Supernatural beings, just as long as you:
Do not create an overpowered, god-like character
It is advised that you keep the character human-like
Dragons
There ARE dragons and other mythological characters within these lands, though they are mostly written as a CPU, but you may ask to create a character of one. (Note: Large Dragons are extremely rare)
